What we built. An AI-driven blockchain interface using natural language processing for on-chain operations — reducing onboarding friction and lowering transaction error rates.
What changed. Over 30,000 transaction conversations processed through our AI-powered interface within three months.
Why it ended. A fundamental product–distribution mismatch: the true beginners we built for were extremely hard to reach, while the users we could reach were already crypto-native and didn't need simplification. A full write-up is coming as a post.
